The Enterprise Consult (TEC) is a strategic advisory firm providing senior operating expertise to business owners, asset managers, developers, property managers, project managers, contractors, and institutional investors.

The firm was created to give organizations access to seasoned executive judgment on a flexible, as-needed basis, without the commitment of a full-time hire.

We focus on the areas where value is actually created or lost: operations, capital planning, project execution, and decision-making. Whether it’s getting a project back on track, improving asset performance, enhancing operations, strengthening teams, improving financial performance, or helping ownership make better decisions, we bring practical, experienced input that leads to measurable results.

TEC is typically brought in during periods of change, growth, or when things are not performing as they should.

Founded in July 2025 by multi-industry executive Justin Taylor, the firm draws on over 40 years of experience managing $2B+ portfolios, leading operations and multidisciplinary teams of people, and delivering capital projects.

Our work is focused, time-bound, and aligned directly with ownership objectives.

We don’t produce theory or long reports. We get involved, identify what matters, and help ensure it gets executed properly.
